  • Monthly Recurring Donations

Join our Open Hands Club... and fight hunger all year long!

For as little as 33 cents a day ($10 a month) you can join our special group of supporters that give recurring monthly online donations. Your donation of any value saves us precious time and resources.  It ensures our neighbors in need are receiving vital help year-round.

$ 10 a month can provide 20 healthy meals;  $ 20 a month can feed a family of four for more than 3 days;  $ 50 a month can provide enough food for a single dad and his two children for over one week

  • In Kind Donation Opportunities  

As a non-profit organization, we strive to spend every precious donor dollar on our vital programs, providing food assistance and empowerment opportunities for local individuals and families facing hunger.  Things like office furniture, general supplies and oil changes for our Mobile Food Bank Van are necessary to keep us operating on a daily basis.  The Hunger Coalition would prefer not to spend money on these kinds of things if we can avoid it.  Maybe you can help?  Please check our Wish Lists

Albertson's Produce Purchasing Program:  Thanks to our partnership with the Idaho Foodbank and our local Albertsons grocery store, we can purchase food at tremendous discounts. Your cash donation allows us to ensure there is a variety of healthy food available for hungry children and families all year long.  By purchasing of a Stop Hunger cards at Albertsons, you allows us to procure fresh produce as needed.

Atkinsons' Donation Cards: Evbery time you shop at a local Atkinsons' Market, you can make a direct contribution to The Hunger Coalition.  The purachse of a Stop Hunger Card puts food on the tables of local families and individuals struggling to make ends meet.

Stop Hunger Cards can be purchased at all local Atkinsons' Markets and Albertsons in Hailey.

  • Gifts of Stock

Your investment portfolio may be the most accessible opportunity to make a difference!  Gifts of stock are a secure way to provide valuable donations.  Your financial representative can arrange a transfer of any publicly-traded stock - becoming much needed food, and hope, to those in need.  Please call Jeanne Liston at 788-0121 or email: jliston@thehungercoalition.org for more information.

  • Tribute Gifts

Share your appreciation of another with a gift in their honor to The Hunger Coalition.  In lieu of flowers or a gift, your thoughtful donation will enrich the lives of others. When making your donation online using our Donate Now button, please remember to fill in the Gift Information area.  Checks can be mailed directly to The Hunger Coalition with an enclosed note including the recipient's name and address.   Recipients will receive a special note letting them know of your gift.
