October is Hunger Awareness Month
Together We Can Create a Whole and Healthy Community!
Despite what many people think, hunger does exist in Blaine County. With high gas prices, the rising cost of food, and people out of work, many in our community are finding it harder and harder to make ends meet. Some are forced to choose between feeding their children and paying for rent, gas or medical bills.
Make A Difference. Call Your Friends. Get Involved!
- Help us Fill the Food Bank and Feed the Hungry by Hosting a Food Drive during the month of October. The Hunger Coalition relies on the generosity of community members to provide wholesome food to hungry local families & individuals. Winter is just around the corner.
