What’s your role/what do you do @ THC?

As a member of the development team I get to help foster and deepen all kinds of relationships that give our supportive community its shape – from donors/volunteers to local businesses and purveyors. We curate several events every year that strive to bring participants, change-makers, and cheerleaders to the table, and are constantly imagining more ways to bring our programs out into the ever-changing world around us.

A collaboratively-built space, both psychic and physical, where all participants are welcome and room is made for our collective histories, identities, realities, and dreams. Where we honor, celebrate, and protect diversity as our greatest strength. Community is an action – the action of listening, wondering, admitting to maybe not knowing but being willing to ask.

If you were a fruit or vegetable, what would you be and why?

A radish! ‘Cuz she’s spicy, and facilitates digestion (of hearty meals and flavor-full ideas)
