What’s your role/what do you do @ THC? I lead the Human Resources function, which includes everything from payroll to compliance to helping build and sustain a healthy organization for everyone who works here.

Good food is… For me, good food is as fresh as possible (which often means local!), is prepared with intention and care, and is nourishing for my body. Bonus points if I’m able to enjoy it with people I enjoy and love!

Favorite place to adventure i.e. favorite fishing hole, hike, lake, etc.? Our “backyard”! With my toddler in tow, a Saturday adventure may mean a meander through the Draper Preserve to the Bow Bridge and back home again. We are so lucky to live somewhere with peaceful, rejuvenating spaces around most every corner!

As a kid, what did you think you were going to be when you grew up? Growing up, my nickname was LJ, and my family joked that I would open a shop called LJ’s Fro Yo & Photo. I fully expected to be an entrepreneur, restaurant owner, and photographer all at once. Having done a bit of each over the years, it turns out young LJ wasn’t too far off!
