Our incredible team of volunteers is the foundation of our organization.
Volunteers share their time and energy by helping at our Food Pantry, sorting food in our warehouse,
working in our growing spaces, entering data, organizing food drives, helping teach workshops, and much, much more.
Healthy Food Pantry
You’ll help sort and pack fresh produce and other goods so they’re ready to go out to people who need them. It’s a great way to stay active, meet others, and make a real difference in your community.
This is where home-cooked meals and community come together. You might chop, mix, bake, wash dishes, or sanitize surfaces—all essential roles in sharing food and care. It’s a lively space, and yes, you may occasionally wear a hair net!
Dig in and grow with us—whether you’re weeding, planting, watering, or harvesting at our Bloom Campus greenhouses or Hope Garden in Hailey. Families and kids are welcome, taste-testing is encouraged, and you’ll head home with a share of fresh produce after your shift!

Children's Food Program
Help fuel local kids through our Daily Bites program, which provides thousands of free snacks to schools, libraries, camps and more. Volunteers can pack or deliver these nutritious snacks.
Help fight food waste and hunger at the same time! You’ll hit the road and pick up surplus food from local grocery stores and businesses, then deliver it to Bloom—where it’s transformed into meals or grocery box staples.
